The Eat Local Resource Fair is an annual opportunity to celebrate local food. It offers tools, tips and ideas to take the Eat Local Challenge and to eat locally all year long.
Pick up information, tips, ideas and tools to help you find and enjoy local foods all year long

with Slow Food WISE
Learn how to go beyond produce as you eat locally.
- 1:00 pm: Backyard Fruit Production with
Growing your own food is a great way to tap into the fun of local living. Learn how to make compost year round.
- 2:00 pm: Almost Cooking
with Outpost Natural Foods
Give new life to fridge ‘ingredients’ like leftover deli-style salads or chicken.
Lunch available for purchase from local food trucks.
